| dc.description.abstract | O que se busca nesta pesquisa é pensar a técnica – o signo – em sua potência constitutiva e seus desdobramentos, considerando sua complexa multiplicidade, seus mecanismos de controle, de hegemonia e de apropriação. O exame se fará por um viés filosófico transcendental, a partir da análise de poemas que ora anunciam, ora denunciamum mundo de complexos aparatos tecnológicos, os quais ressignificam as linguagens e os comportamentos e dão novas formas à cultura. Nossa questão problemática fundamental é estudar como o desenvolvimento acelerado e o advento de novas técnicas manifestam-se na escritura de Carlos Drummond de Andrade, poeta de leitura essencial para a compreensão das forças no século XX e do ideário da modernidade. A esse propósito soma-se, portanto, o de investigar a relação da poesia drummondiana com seu tempo e seu contexto: as interpretações que tece Drummond sobre o que observa e vivencia. Sua escolha de palavras para falar das mudanças verificadas e o tom que dá aos seus poemas fazem do escritor itabirano um tipo especial de espectador da época, capaz de anunciar e analisar criticamente o porvir. Sendo assim, aspiramos a explorar a lírica drummondiana, articulando-a com a escalada da técnica e ressaltando a dimensão antecipatória das maquinações, elencadas pelo poeta. Embora a arte não suporte outra composição senão a estética e, assim, o plano de criação esteja sempre em foco, não se trata, aqui, de fazermos um estudo sobre a técnica poética, mas da problematização, pela voz de Drummond – poeta e personagem –, de um século assinalado pelo uso acelerado de tecnologias continuamente aperfeiçoadas e por seus desdobramentos. | |
| dc.description.abstractother | In this research, we aim to think about the technique –as a sign –in its constitutive power and its unfoldings, considering its complex multiplicity, its mechanisms of control, hegemony and appropriation. The examination will be carried out through a transcendental philosofical bias, based on the analysis of poems that sometimes anounce, sometimes denunciate a world of complex technological devices, which confer new meanings to languages and behaviors and give new forms to culture. Our main question is to study how the accelerated development and the advent of new techniques are shown in Carlos Drummond de Andrade’s –a poet that is essential to read to understand the 20th century’s forces and the ideas of modernity –writing. To this purpose we add that of investigating the link between Drummond’s poetry and its time and context: how Drummond interprets what he observes and experiences. His choice of words to talk about the verified changes and the tone he gives to his poems make him a special type of spectator of that time, able to announce and to critically analyze what was coming. Therefore, we aspire to explore Drummond’s poetry, articulating it with the escalation of technique and highlighting the anticipatory dimension of the machinations, listed by the poet.Although art does not support othercomposition than aesthetics and so the creative plan is always on focus, we do not deal here with the technique of poetry, but with the way Drummond –poet and character –approaches a century marked by the accelerated use of continuously improved technologies and their unfoldings. | |
