| dc.description.abstract | A presente pesquisa está inserida na “Linha II: Processos Formativos em Educação Tecnológica” do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Tecnológica (PPGET) do Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG), cujos estudos focalizam temas relacionados ao trabalho-educação nos contextos socioeconômico e político-cultural, destacando os processos históricos e culturais, as relações entre as mudanças societárias, a diversidade, a educação profissional formal/não formal e o mundo do trabalho. Essa pesquisa problematiza a relação existente entre ser mulher e professora, a multiplicidade de atividades desempenhadas por ela no trabalho assalariado e doméstico e o consequente adoecimento profissional ocasionado pela Síndrome de Burnout. Para tal buscou-se a partir dos dados empíricos coletados refletir à luz das teorias da Divisão Sexual do Trabalho originadas na Sociologia do Trabalho Francesa de base materialista. Com início em um levantamento documental realizado no setor de Perícia Médica da Gerência de Saúde do Servidor (GESER) elaborou-se um panorama dos afastamentos por motivos de saúde de professoras da educação básica. Em ato contínuo realizaram-se entrevistas semiestruturadas com onze professoras da Rede, selecionadas por acessibilidade e indicação, acerca de suas múltiplas tarefas como professoras e donas de casa, mães e esposas; suas dificuldades e limites, bem como as estratégias de luta e resistência que lançam mão frente à exaustão física e psíquica, ao desencantamento com a profissão e o consequente adoecimento profissional. Os relatos possibilitaram analisar, se e como, a divisão sexual do trabalho - com seus desdobramentos: os princípios organizadores da separação e hierarquia, o labirinto de cristal e o trabalho múltiplo -, contribui para o acometimento das professoras pela Síndrome de Burnout. Os relatos das entrevistadas reverberam as vozes de muitas mulheres professoras que, subsumidas em uma sociedade patriarcal, exercendo uma profissão precarizada, desvalorizada econômica e socialmente, resistem ao que histórica e culturalmente vem sido imputado a elas tanto no trabalho assalariado quanto doméstico. Os achados revelam que a sobrecarga física ocasionada pelas múltiplas tarefas, bem como o desencantamento com a profissão deixam as professoras mais vulneráveis ao esgotamento e o adoecimento pela Síndrome de Burnout. Dar voz às mulheres professoras e fomentar reflexões acerca da precariedade do trabalho docente, da sobrecarga a que estão submetidas e o consequente adoecimento advindo desses fenômenos, bem como auferir deslocamentos nas relações sociais de gênero e na divisão do trabalho entre os sexos, a partir da constatação das desigualdades são premissas que almejam a presente pesquisa. | |
| dc.description.abstractother | The present research is inserted in the "Line II: Formative Processes in Technological Education" of the Graduate Program in Technological Education (PPGET) of the Federal Center for Technological Education of Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG), whose studies focus on themes related to work-education in the socioeconomic and political-cultural contexts, highlighting historical and cultural processes, the relations between corporate changes, diversity, formal and non-formal professional education and the world of work. This research problematizes the relationship between being a woman and a teacher, the multiplicity of activities performed by her in salaried and domestic work and the consequent occupational illness caused by the Syndrome of Burnout. For this purpose, we sought reflections of empirical data collected in the light of the theories of the Sexual Division of Labor originated in the Sociology of French work of materialist basis. From a documentary survey conducted in the Medical Expertise sector of the Server Health Management (GESER) of the Municipal Public Education Network of Belo Horizonte, an overview of the removals for health reasons of teachers of education was elaborated Basic. In continuous act, semi-structured interviews were conducted with eleven teachers of the Network, selected by accessibility and indication, about their multiple tasks such as teachers and housewives, mothers and wives; their difficulties and limits, as well as the strategies of struggle and resistance that make use of physical and psychic exhaustion, disenchantment with the profession and the consequent professional illness. The reports made it possible to analyze, if and how, the sexual division of labor - with its unfoldings: the organizing principles of separation and hierarchy, the crystal maze and the multiple work - contributes to the involvement of teachers by the Burnout syndrome. The interviewees' reports reverberate the voices of many women teachers who, undersumive in a patriarchal society and exercising a precarious and economically devalued profession, resist what has historically and culturally been attributed to them both in salaried and domestic work. The findings reveal that the physical overload of multiple tasks, as well as disenchantment with the profession, make teachers more vulnerable to exhaustion and illness by Burnout Syndrome. Give voice to women and foster reflections about the precariousness of teaching work, the burden to which women teachers are subjected and the consequent illness resulting from this phenomenon, as well as to increase advances in gender social relationships and division of work between the sexes, from the finding of the inequalities present in this division and to cast a look at the work of the teacher woman is what aims for the present research. | |
