| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho é uma leitura do romance O espírito dos meus pais continua a subir na chuva, de Patricio Pron, com o objetivo de observar como se relacionam a literatura, a história e a memória, evidenciando como se articulam as relações entre linguagem literária e a construção da memória no romance – uma memória traumática que envolve a família do narrador num momento traumático da Argentina, que foi a ditadura militar – entrecruzando o campo disciplinar da história, (da história oficial e da não oficial), e articulando as lacunas e os silêncios que perpassam a narrativa do romance como forma de problematização da recuperação do passado. Para tanto, foi explorada a relação entre memória e o conceito de imagem, do referencial teórico do filósofo e historiador de arte, Georges Didi-Huberman, observando como se monta a narrativa na obra estudada através do passado reconstruído não apenas como fato, mas também como criação literária, por meio da imagem. | |
| dc.description.abstractother | This work is a reading of the novel My fathers' ghost is climbing in the rain, by Patricio Pron, and aims to reflect upon the relationships between literature, history and memory, highlighting how the connections between literary language and the construction of memory in the novel – a distressing recollection of events that involves the narrator's family in a traumatic moment in Argentina, which was the military dictatorship – are expressed, crossing the disciplinary field of history (both official and unofficial), and giving utterance to the gaps and silences that permeate the novel's narrative as a way of problematizing the recovery of the past. To this end, the relationship between memory and the concept of image was explored from the theoretical framework of the philosopher and art historian, Georges Didi-Huberman, observing how the narrative is assembled in the work studied through the reconstructed past not only as fact, but also as a literary creation, through image. | |
