dc.description.abstractEsta dissertação apresenta um estudo de narrativas de pessoas que estão ou já estiveram em situação de rua na cidade de Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, principalmente com base na teoria dos afetos de Benedictus de Spinoza, relacionando-a ao conceito de cuidado de si discutido por Michel Foucault. Objetivou-se descrever e analisar sete narrativas, verificando se elas expressam características relacionadas à "liberdade" e ao "cuidado de si". Após as análises das narrativas, identificamos três temas que protagonizaram os capítulos desta dissertação: os afetos passivos e sua relação com o cuidado de si; a liberdade dos afetos e o cuidado de si e do outro; o "não lugar da rua" e a afetividade daqueles que nele habitam. A pesquisa foi de natureza aplicada com abordagem qualitativa. Foram utilizados critérios éticos em pesquisa com seres humanos, conforme a Resolução nº 196/96 do Conselho Nacional de Saúde. Após a entrevista preliminar, foi considerado não ser mais relevante, diante dos objetivos desta dissertação, fazer uso de um roteiro com questões. À luz de Gilles Deleuze e Claire Parnet, entende-se que uma entrevista aos moldes de uma conversa poderia ser mais profícua junto aos entrevistados, com apenas uma questão pré-estabelecida sobre a história de vida do participante. Assim, buscou-se perceber o cuidado de si e os afetos nas narrativas por meio de encontros que pudessem favorecer o acesso às multiplicidades, e assim ir além dos critérios já construídos acerca das pessoas que estão ou que já estiveram em situação de rua.
dc.description.abstractotherThis dissertation presents a study of narratives of people who are or have already been in a homeless situation in the city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, mainly based on Benedictus Spinoza's theory of affections, relating it to the concept of care of the self discussed by Michel Foucault. The objective was to describe and analyze seven narratives, verifying if they express characteristics related to "freedom" and "care of the self". After analyzing the narratives, we identified three themes that led to the chapters of this dissertation: passive affections and their relationship with care of the self; the freedom of affection and the care of the self and the other; the "street's no place" and the affection of those who inhabit it. The research was applied in nature with a qualitative approach. Ethical criteria were used in research with human beings, according to Resolution nº. 196/96 of the National Health Council. After the preliminary interview, it was considered not to be more relevant, in view of the objectives of this dissertation, to make use of a script with questions. In the light of Gilles Deleuze and Claire Parnet, it is understood that an interview in the form of a conversation could be more fruitful with the interviewees, with only one pre-established question about the participant's life history. Thus, it was sought to perceive the care of the self and the affections in the narratives through meetings that could favor the access to the multiplicities, and thus togo beyond the already constructed criteria about the people who are or who already were in homeless situation.
